This is not your average workout. Stand Up Fitness offers a fun and challenging high intensity workout for those fitness enthusiasts looking for a break from their regular workout routine. Focusing on endurance and strength training, this total body workout is sure to challenge you.

By changing up routines and exercises, Stand Up Boot Camp will keep your body guessing and you will see amazing transformations in both your body and attitude. STAND UP BOOT CAMP

Classes are held Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from
6:30 -7:30a.m.

Single Class - $20 per person

Package A
16 consecutive sessions $240 per person.
(3 classes per week) $15 per class

Monthly Membership
 Access to all classes for only $125 a month per person, about $9 per class
